This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, requiring the publication of the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies for the use of the website www.aukx.in (or any official AUK X domain), including its mobile website and related services (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

The Platform is owned and operated by AUK X (hereinafter referred to as "AUK X", "we", "our", or "us").

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. User Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information while placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities carried out through it.

2. Products

AUK X offers apparel and fashion products through its online store. Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing variations.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
If an order is cancelled after payment, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as mentioned at checkout.
We accept secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only.
Delivery may be delayed due to courier operations, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are beyond our direct control.

6. Return & Size Exchange

Our Return & Size Exchange Policy forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Customers are requested to read the Return & Size Exchange Policy before placing an order.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
If eligible, refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, product images, graphics, text, designs, branding, and other materials, is the exclusive property of AUK X and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

AUK X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform or any products purchased through it.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

10. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third-party websites.

11. Force Majeure

AUK X shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, transport disruptions, technical failures, or other force majeure events.
