At AUK X, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a size issue or wish to exchange it, please read the following terms carefully.
Size Exchange Policy

Size exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exchange is subject to stock availability.
Exchange Shipping Charges

In case of a size exchange, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges involved in the exchange process.

The customer must pay the two-way shipping cost (pickup from the customer’s address to the warehouse and reshipment from the warehouse to the customer).

The applicable exchange shipping fee will be communicated at the time of raising the exchange request.
Return Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds for incorrect size selection made by the customer.

Customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.

Returns will only be accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and product images.
After verification, AUK X will bear the replacement shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Products without original tags or packaging.

Discounted, clearance, or promotional sale items (if applicable).
Refunds
Approved refunds (only for damaged/wrong products where a replacement is unavailable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
