Refund policy

At AUK X, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a size issue or wish to exchange it, please read the following terms carefully.

Size Exchange Policy

  • Size exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

Exchange Shipping Charges

  • In case of a size exchange, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges involved in the exchange process.

  • The customer must pay the two-way shipping cost (pickup from the customer’s address to the warehouse and reshipment from the warehouse to the customer).

  • The applicable exchange shipping fee will be communicated at the time of raising the exchange request.

Return Policy

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for incorrect size selection made by the customer.

  • Customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.

  • Returns will only be accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and product images.

After verification, AUK X will bear the replacement shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Discounted, clearance, or promotional sale items (if applicable).

Refunds

Approved refunds (only for damaged/wrong products where a replacement is unavailable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
